LJWE is a global service infrastructure. Our core function is to provide atomic decomposition standards and logic‑routing algorithms. We represent no party — we represent the execution standard.
Suppliers are independent legal entities. By "claiming" atomic components, they commit to executing tasks according to the LJWE Atomic Delivery Protocol (ADP).
Buyers initiate business logic by configuring BOMs. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the predefined delivery standards for all atomic components within that BOM.
LJWE acts as a technology and coordination platform. Service delivery is performed by independent suppliers. LJWE is not a party to the service contract unless explicitly specified.
Suppliers listed on LJWE are independent entities. While we apply verification, capability scoring, and standardized delivery definitions, LJWE does not guarantee outcomes beyond the defined atomic component scope. Each supplier is solely responsible for their delivery.
Content and services provided through the platform do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice unless explicitly stated and contractually agreed. Users are encouraged to seek independent professional advice where required.
All pricing is based on Benchmark Cost + Node Premium. Settlement is automatically triggered upon proof of execution (Atomic Delivery Evidence). LJWE holds the final right to adjudicate fee disputes arising from logical deviations.
All platform architecture, service taxonomy, BOM structures, scoring logic, and documentation are owned by LJWE. You may invoke our logic, but you may not replicate our architecture. Every BOM arrangement is a core asset of LJWE.
Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant LJWE a non‑exclusive, worldwide license to use it for platform operation and improvement.
We process data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
For details, refer to our Privacy Policy section below.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data.
Users agree not to:
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
Liability is limited to the damaged atomic component itself. If component A fails, compensation is capped at the cost of component A. LJWE is not liable for chain reactions, as commercial risks are isolated through BOM decomposition.
LJWE may suspend or terminate access if:
Users may terminate their accounts at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.
These terms are governed by applicable international commercial principles and the laws of the platform’s operating jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Evidence‑Based Logic Arbitration. All disputes must be submitted with Atomic Delivery Evidence (ADE). If the deliverable matches the BOM’s predefined logical parameters, the order is deemed valid. Non‑technical, subjective dissatisfaction is not grounds for refund.
